**General terms and conditions for renting apartments in Spain**

**1. Subject of the contract** These general terms and conditions regulate the rental of the following apartments by the landlord to the tenant: - Apartment 1: Paradise Palms I - Apartment 2: Paradise Palms II

**2. Booking and reservation**

2.1. The apartments can be booked online via our website or in writing by email or telephone. Availability is confirmed by the landlord.

2.2. A reservation is only binding once a written booking confirmation has been issued by the landlord.

**3. Rental price and payment**

3.1. The rental price for the apartment is based on the prices in force at the time of booking.

3.2. Payment of the rental price is made in accordance with the payment conditions in the booking confirmation. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

**4. Cancellation conditions**

4.1. Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

4.2. If canceled up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the stay can be canceled free of charge.

4.3. If you cancel within 30 days of the agreed arrival date or if you do not show up, the full rental price will be retained.

**5. Deposit**

5.1. The tenant pays a deposit of EUR 300 upon arrival. This deposit is used to cover any damage to the apartment or its inventory.

5.2. The deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of the apartment, provided there are no damages or additional costs.

**6. Check-in and check-out**

6.1. Check-in is possible from 1:00 p.m. and check-out must be no later than 8:00 p.m.

6.2. The tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.

**7. Liability and compensation**

7.1. The landlord is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to the tenant's personal property during the stay.

7.2. The landlord is not liable for interruptions in electricity or water supply or other unforeseen events that could affect the stay.

**8. Data protection** The landlord undertakes to comply with data protection laws and to only use the tenant's personal data to process the booking and the stay.

**9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law**

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

9.2. The Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura court is responsible for all disputes in connection with these terms and conditions and the apartment rental.
